Before the harvest grape passes regular laboratory tests and than hand sorting on the selection table. The grape is transferred to the factory in special refrigerator trucks than get crushed.
The wine has pleasant astringency, smooth tannins, notes of red fruits, highlighted taste of prune and black berries.
